- Grow machine sales and rental hours within allocated territories/ customer base.
- Provide total solutions offering to customers.

Qualification, Experience and Competencies
- Grade 12 or equivalent
- Territory planning, business planning and development skills.
- Sound technical knowledge of Earthmoving equipment and accessories. (CAT specific product knowledge will be advantageous)
- Knowledge of CRM Tools will be advantageous.
- Knowledge of MS office.
- B. Tech Sales / Marketing Diploma or equivalent.
- Communication and facilitation skills.
- Basic Financial acumen.
- Experience in a Technical Sales Role.
