A leading medical device company in Johannesburg seeks a Sales Representative for Trauma to drive sales growth and manage key accounts. The ideal candidate will have a clinical understanding of trauma procedures and 3–5 years of sales experience in medical devices, particularly Orthopedics. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems is required, along with a valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.
The Sales Representative – Trauma is responsible for driving sales growth, developing strategic relationships with key customers (surgeons, hospitals, procurement teams), and expanding the market share of the client's trauma product portfolio.
The role requires a strong clinical understanding of trauma procedures, as well as a strategic mindset to manage high-value accounts and mentor junior sales staff.
