Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years B2B sales experience in technical/industrial.
  • Experience in oil & fuel manufacturing or environmental services is advantageous.
  • Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel regionally.

Join South Africas Leading Industrial & Environmental Cleaning Specialists. Rapid Spill Response is a leading company in industrial and environmental cleaning with a 25-year proven track record across high-compliance industries. We help South Africas leading oil companies, food & beverage producers, hazardous chemical transporters, warehouses, insurers and industrial facilities protect their operations, ensure compliance and retain their environmental compliance reputation.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Develop and grow sales within your assigned region and target industries
  • Prospect and convert new clients in oil, fuel, F&B, transport, chemical, warehousing and insurance sectors
  • Manage a pipeline of opportunities, conduct site visits and prepare quotations
  • Promote our full range of services including oil‑water separator cleaning, industrial vacuuming, spill response, tank cleaning, hazardous waste removal, shutdown cleaning and more
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure repeat business
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Complete all reporting requirements accurately and on time
Requirements & Experience
  • Minimum 3 years B2B sales experience (technical/industrial preferred)
  • Experience selling into oil & fuel manufacturing, F&B, transport or environmental services is advantageous
  • Reside a maximum of 50km from Main office (Brakpan)
  • Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel regionally
  • Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage your own pipeline
  • High personal drive, resilience and results orientation
  • In good health and must pass an occupational health medical examination (Company to send)
  • No criminal record or pending criminal charges
