As a Sales Representative with our client, you’ll play a pivotal role in identifying, engaging, and closing new business opportunities while also ensuring client success post-sale. You will work closely with our Customer Success Team to ensure seamless handover and long-term client satisfaction.
New Business Development (Primary): Identify and engage potential customers through inbound and outbound strategies.
Consultative Selling: Understand client challenges and position the client as the problem-solving expert.
Account Management: Support existing customers, ensuring they maximize the value of our platform.
Sales Cycle Ownership: Manage the end-to-end sales process – from first contact to deal closure.
Collaboration with Customer Success: Work closely with the CS team for smooth onboarding and long-term value delivery.
CRM Management: Use HubSpot (or other CRM tools) to track pipeline, customer interactions, and deal progress.
Sales Strategy Contribution: As part of a growing learning organization, your insights will help shape sales processes, pricing models, and product-market fit.
Sales experience in B2B SaaS, data analytics, retail intelligence, or urban planning solutions (experience level flexible – junior to senior).
Strong consultative sales skills with the ability to identify client pain points and offer solutions.
Fluent in English & German (proficient level required).
Passionate about data, urban intelligence, and transforming retail.
A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, scale-up environment.
CRM experience (HubSpot preferred but not required).
