Are you a motivated sales professional with a passion for fashion, eyewear, and retail growth? We’re recruiting a Sales Representative to manage and grow key accounts within a luxury frames portfolio.

This is an exciting opportunity to build relationships, open new business, and represent a high-end brand across a designated territory. You’ll be responsible for achieving sales targets, training store teams, and ensuring excellent in-store brand representation.

What You’ll Do
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to achieve sales objectives.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities across retail accounts.
  • Achieve and exceed quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Deliver in-store training and ensure staff are knowledgeable about products.
  • Execute merchandising and visual brand standards in stores.
  • Forecast sales, monitor performance, and provide insights to management.
What We’re Looking For
  • 3–5 years proven B2B sales experience (fashion, eyewear, medical, or FMCG preferred).
  • Strong account management, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Ability to analyze sales figures, identify trends, and capitalize on opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Confident using Microsoft Office, digital catalogues, and online systems.
  • Independent, self-motivated, target-driven, and adaptable.
  • Willingness to travel 1–2 weeks per month.
  • Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle.
  • Fluent in English and Afrikaans.
