Responsibilities
  • Drive growth and achieve sales targets by effectively managing and expanding the customer base.
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to broaden the company's customer base and enhance its market presence.
  • Promote products and drive sales to all hardware retailers in the Gauteng region, identifying and engaging potential customers to boost sales.
  • Manage and oversee local and regional sales, promotions, and campaigns.
  • Lead and coordinate all sales activities at local and regional levels.
  • Prepare sales budgets and forecasts.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance using key quantitative metrics.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints related to products and services.
  • Identify emerging market trends to uncover new sales opportunities.
  • Develop and implement sales plans for specific territories.
  • Report to senior management and provide weekly progress updates.
