Overview

Our client is looking for a highly organized and detail-driven Operations Lead to lead and manage the National Operations team, ensuring stakeholder satisfaction and retention.

Further, to build, expand and leverage key relationships with retail / wholesale customers in the area of responsibility.

The Operations Lead is going to specifically support the Consumer Electronics sales team.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and has strong experience in sales operations or channel support.

What You'll Do
  • Support the CE sales team with all day-to-day operational tasks.
  • Responsible for the implementation of strategy, structure and business processes under management.
  • Manage pricing updates, product set-ups, and sales-related approvals.
  • Coordinate with major retail partners to ensure accurate listings, promotions, and product information.
  • Prepare weekly / monthly sales reports, tracking sell-in, sell-out, and channel performance.
  • Oversee CRM and sales systems, ensuring data accuracy and process compliance.
  • Support the execution of product launches and promotional campaigns.
  • Ensure Sales Team Adheres to Parameters.
  • Identify opportunities to improve sales processes and reporting.
  • Monitor call cycle activities and revise call cycles if required.
What We're Looking For
  • 8-10 years' experience in the Telecoms Retail and Operations environment, with a strong understanding of telecoms retail execution.
  • Preference to someone from an OEM or relevant telecom agency background.
  • Strong analytical skills and excellent Excel capability.
  • Experience working with major retailers (CE, FMCG, electronics, or similar).
  • High attention to detail, accuracy, and organization.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
  • A proactive, solutions-driven mindset.
