Job description
Role Purpose

Management of Aspen business in Iraq to achieve local sales budget for retail tender, including leading sales force team and managing communication with distributor customers in both private and tender sectors. Act as the point of contact and representative for Aspen business in Iraq.

Responsibilities
  • Full management of Aspen dedicated sales force team, including hiring, onboarding, performance management, and employee development, retention motivation.
  • Managing daily communication with distributors to drive business growth.
  • Driving the relevant promotion strategy with the sales force team and distributor partners.
  • Identification and implementation of sales growth strategies.
  • Monitoring distributor's performance in terms of sales supply.
  • Forecasting: drive local sales forecast with involvement from distributors and local teams.
  • Demand management: optimize stock levels in the market by continuous follow-up with the supply team and distributors to review stocks, demand, and raise orders accordingly.
  • Establishing, maintaining and expanding customer base, managing and coordinating CRM system for local team.
  • Support the central regulatory team in product registrations, pricing management.
  • Identify competitive activities that may impact sales goals/strategies.
