Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, motivate, and manage the new vehicle sales team to achieve monthly targets
  • Implement and monitor sales strategies, processes, and performance standards
  • Drive lead generation, showroom activity, and customer engagement
  • Manage stock levels, vehicle ordering, and product mix
  • Support the team with deal structuring, closing, and customer negotiations
  • Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and CSI results
  • Analyse reports, budgets, and departmental performance
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers, finance partners, and internal departments
Requirements
  • Minimum 3–5 years’ experience as a New Vehicle Sales Manager
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and growing market share
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities
  • Must preferably have knowledge of electric vehicles and EV retail operations
  • Experience in stock management, reporting, and sales administration
  • Valid driver’s licence
