Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end sales operations in the assigned region.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue and collection targets.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential clients.
- Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term client relationships.
- Prepare regular sales reports and present insights to management.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute promotional campaigns.
- Participate in client meetings, business negotiations, and industry events to enhance business presence.
- Ensure alignment with organizational goals while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales management,market research, and sales strategy development.
- Strong client relationship management,communication, and negotiationskills.
- Ability to prepare detailedsales reportsand consistently meet targets.
- Experience working withmarketing teamsand participating in industry events.
- Proficiency inMS Office applications.
- Knowledge ofhydraulic products and systemswill be an added advantage.
