Job Description

The purpose of this role is to drive revenue growth for Yoyo by converting inbound sales opportunities and supporting strategic outbound initiatives across Retail, Loyalty, and Corporate voucher products. This role focuses on engaging new business, qualifying leads, conducting discovery and pitch meetings, closing deals where appropriate, and seamlessly handing over converted clients to Account Management for long‑term relationship ownership.

Key Responsibilities
Inbound Sales & Lead Conversion
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all new inbound sales enquiries across Yoyo’s product suite
  • Respond promptly to inbound leads, qualify opportunities, and book discovery or demo meetings
  • Conduct a needs analysis to understand the client's objectives and recommend the most suitable Yoyo solutions
  • Convert qualified inbound opportunities into closed deals or sales‑ready opportunities
  • Ensure a smooth and professional handover to Account Managers once deals are closed
Outbound & Strategic Sales Support
  • Work closely with the Retail and Corporate Commercial teams to support strategic inbound and outbound sales initiatives
  • Assist with targeted outbound campaigns, partner‑led opportunities, and strategic prospecting where required
  • Identify cross‑sell and upsell opportunities across Retail vouchers, Gift Cards, Loyalty, and Corporate issuing partners
Product & Solution Selling
  • Sell and position all Yoyo products across the business, including:
    • Retail vouchers and gift cards
    • Corporate and enterprise partners issuing retail vouchers
    • Loyalty and rewards solutions
  • Develop a strong understanding of Yoyo’s platform, partners, and value proposition
  • Clearly articulate product benefits, use cases, and ROI to prospective clients
Collaboration & Internal Alignment
  • Collaborate closely with Account Management, Product, Marketing, Retail, and Corporate teams
  • Provide feedback from prospects and clients to help refine sales messaging and product offering
  • Ensure accurate CRM management, pipeline tracking, and reporting
Sales Administration & Reporting
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and deals in the CRM
  • Track pipeline progress and sales performance against targets
  • Contribute to sales forecasts and reporting where required
