What You'll Own & Deliver Market Execution Own the full sales cycle in South Africa—from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and close.
Deploy a proven go-to-market strategy to accelerate growth in a maturing, high-potential market.
Develop a high-quality pipeline aligned to monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Customer Expansion Build strong, strategic relationships with auditors, fund administrators, fintech teams, and financial institutions.
Collaborate with Customer Success to uncover upsell and cross-sell opportunities in key accounts.
Become a trusted advisor and product expert for our customers.
Market Intelligence & Growth Identifynew use cases, segments, and partnership opportunities to open fresh revenue streams.
Bring customer insights back to the product and leadership teams to influence future development.
Represent Circitat industry events, conferences, and customer meetings across South Africa.
Candidate Requirements
You thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments and have a passion for building markets, closing deals, and creating meaningful relationships.
Must-Haves 6+ years' experience closing B2 B Saa S deals, ideally within fintech,regtech, audit tech, or financial services.
A strongtrack recordof hitting or exceeding revenue targets.
Experience selling into enterprises or multi-stakeholder environments (audit firms, banks, financial services).
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Commercially sharp, adaptable, and comfortable owning an entire market.
A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset and a desire to build, not justmaintain.
To grow the market, client by client.
Strong Pluses Experience working with auditors, fund administrators, or financial institutions.
Understanding of the audit lifecycle or the financial services ecosystem.
Experience in early-stage or high-growth Saa S environments.
Ability toidentifyand develop partnerships that accelerate revenue.
This role includes remote work with travel to customers, partners, and industry events across South Africa.
