This position requires onsite work aligned with UK hours.
We are looking for high-caliber Sales Development Specialists to join our international team. In this role you will be dialling UK businesses, speaking to senior decision makers, and securing warm appointments for our clients UK Sales Consultants. This is not a generic call‑centre job – it requires professionalism, resilience, and the ability to engage confidently with business owners. You will be the first point of contact for our clients' customers, creating a positive first impression, qualifying needs, and either transferring calls directly or booking follow‑up appointments. Success in this role comes from building quick rapport, handling objections effectively, and consistently meeting daily and weekly KPIs.
Successful candidates must be able to work onsite in Umhlanga and be able to commit to UK working hours (09:00am - 19:00pm) or (10:00am - 20:00pm).
