A high-volume outbound telesales role focused on cold calling, rapid qualification, and booking high-quality discovery calls for senior colleagues.
Build target lists by sector, size and persona.
High-volume cold calling to open conversations and book meetings.
Follow structured phone + email cadences with basic personalisation.
Qualify leads (need, authority, timing, fit) and hand over cleanly.
Confirm meeting logistics and complete pre-call briefs.
Log all calls, notes, and data accurately in Salesforce.
Nurture older leads and reactivate prospects.
Participate in weekly coaching and product training.
Essential:
1–3 years telesales/SDR/outbound call centre experience.
Confident on the phone with clear communication.
Resilient and target-driven.
Competent Salesforce user.
Remote-ready setup and ability to work UK hours.
Desirable:
Experience booking meetings in professional services or financial advisory.
Familiarity with Sales Navigator, dialers, sequencing tools.
Interest in learning basic R&D tax/grants knowledge.
