Job description

MSA Outsourcing Solutions is seeking a driven, confident, and motivated individual to join our growing UK client-facing team as Sales Development Representatives (SDRs). This is a fast-paced and dynamic role where you'll be on the front lines of our clients' growth - identifying potential customers, initiating conversations, and generating high-quality sales opportunities. As an SDR, you'll work closely with UK-based sales and marketing teams to help drive pipelines, qualify inbound and outbound leads, and support client growth strategies. You'll gain international exposure while working from our professional, fully managed offices in Johannesburg.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound prospecting via calls, emails, and LinkedIn to generate leads
  • Identify potential clients through research and networking
  • Qualify inbound leads based on ideal customer profiles and project criteria
  • Maintain accurate records of outreach, lead status, and follow-ups in CRM systems
  • Book appointments and demos for Account Executives or client sales teams
  • Research and identify target companies and key decision-makers
  • Collaborate with marketing to messaging and improve conversion rate
  • Follow up on event and campaign-generated leads in a timely manner
  • Prepare reports on lead generation activities and results
  • Meet or exceed weekly KPIs, including outreach volume and qualified meetings set
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitive offerings

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a sale, customer service or telemarketing environment is preferred
  • Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Confident and professional phone manner
  • Ability to think on your feet, handle objections, and remain persistent
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • A proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
