Job Summary

We're hiring a Sales Development Representative to join a top-tier marketing agency serving the U.S. market.

You will be responsible for outbound prospecting through LinkedIn and email, appointment setting with key decision-makers, and managing your sales pipeline within HubSpot CRM.

This is a high-visibility, client-facing role where professionalism, sales experience, and independence are essential.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct manual prospecting via LinkedIn and cold email tools to engage B2B leads
  • Book qualified meetings with U.S.-based decision-makers and ensure high show-up rates
  • Execute outbound campaigns using tools like Apollo, Instantly, HeyReach, and HubSpot
  • Maintain CRM hygiene and accurate tracking of outreach activity and pipeline
  • Professionally represent the brand on all client-facing Zoom calls
  • Collaborate on ideal customer profiles and messaging strategies
  • Optionally support junior SDRs or freelancers if needed
Qualifications
  • 2+ years in B2B outbound SDR or lead generation roles
  • Advanced LinkedIn prospecting skills with a polished, active profile
  • Fluent English communicator, both written and verbal
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, and email outreach tools
  • Must be available to work EST hours for all outreach and internal meetings
  • Professional remote setup: business-appropriate attire required on video (no casual hoodies / hats; collared shirts and groomed appearance expected)
  • Strong self-management skills with minimal need for hand-holding
  • Experience with Instantly and HeyReach is a plus

Competitive salary: based on experience and qualifications

Commission: $25 per held meeting (to encourage show-up rates)

% remote (South Africa-based candidates preferred)
