Job Summary

As a Mid-Level Sales Development Representative, you’ll own top-of-funnel outbound activities—prospecting, cold calling, emailing, and LinkedIn outreach—to generate a steady flow of qualified meetings for the Account Executive team. You will focus exclusively on US B2B prospects, leveraging HubSpot and proven sales cadences to set at least 12 qualified appointments per month for a high-growth MSP.

Requirements
  • 2+ years of B2B outbound sales or lead-generation experience (MSP or IT services strongly preferred)
  • Demonstrated success booking qualified meetings within the US market
  • Proficient in HubSpot or similar CRM tools (Salesforce, Pipedrive)
  • Excellent spoken and written English; clear, confident phone presence
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding KPI targets in a remote sales job
  • Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working US Central hours
  • Bonus: prior experience selling managed IT services, cybersecurity, or cloud solutions
