We are looking for a highly motivated Customer Experience Sales Specialist. This is a dynamic, hybrid role where you are the vital link, ensuring every customer interaction is a high-end, personalized experience that builds loyalty and maximizes revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct Revenue Generation – Proactively identify and execute high-value sales actions, including upselling, cross-selling, and product bundling, to maximize the Average Order Value (AOV).
- Sales Recovery & Retention – Implement targeted strategies for abandoned cart assistance, subscription recovery, and winback campaigns to recapture lost sales and boost Customer Lifetime Value (LTV).
- Premium Customer Engagement – Serve as the brand's voice via phone, email, live chat, and SMS, providing personalized product guidance and expert inquiry resolution.
- Brand Concierge Service – Deliver a consistently high-end, consultative experience that aligns with the brand’s identity, making the customer feel valued throughout their journey.
- Process Improvement – Accurately log customer interactions and sales data, monitoring feedback trends to collaborate on continuous improvements in CX and sales workflow.
- Post-Purchase Excellence – Efficiently manage all order-related concerns (tracking, returns, and exchanges), ensuring a seamless experience that encourages immediate repeat sales.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- 1+ year of proven remote/online sales and customer support experience.
- Exceptional ability to build rapport quickly and skillfully convert customer conversations into closed sales opportunities.
- Working knowledge of e-commerce platforms (like Shopify) and CRM/customer engagement tools.
- Goal-oriented, self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance remote environment.
Technical Requirements For Remote Work:
- A dedicated PC or laptop with an i5 processor or a comparable modern equivalent.
- A stable, high-speed internet connection providing a minimum of 15 Mbps for both upload and download speeds.
