Overview
Are you a dynamic High performing and Dynamic Sales Consultant with experience selling Technical products.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 5 to 10 Years’ solution sales experience of which at least 3 years’ must be from a TES Blue and White-Collar Sales environment
- Recruitment and Selection experience
- Must be familiar with the Labour Legislation (BCEA, LRA and Bargaining Councils)
Inherent Requirements
- New business development experience within various industries such as Manufacturing, Agriculture, Logistics, Warehousing, Petrochemical, and Mining
- Proven successful sales track record of securing new TES business
- Computer literacy: MS Office – Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle (essential)
- Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal) and ability to communicate effectively with Clients
Preferred Requirements
- Willing to work under extreme pressure
- Expand and maintain a robust client database through effective networking
- Proactively engage in cold calling and lead generation to meet specified targets
Duties and Responsibilities
- Conduct daily client meetings in accordance with set targets
- Provide exemplary customer service to enhance opportunities for repeat business
- Efficiently handle and resolve customer queries
- Prepare and present tailored solutions to clients
- Demonstrate effective negotiation skills for rates and service fees
- Generate and follow up on client quotations, ensuring successful closure
- Conduct thorough research on clients before meetings to optimize networking opportunities
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets
- Ensure the attainment of monthly financial goals established by Management
