We're growing fast and are looking for a passionate and experienced Floor Sales Consultant to join our energetic team at one of our dealerships in Bronkhorstspruit. If you’re driven, personable, and have a track record in vehicle sales – we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Do:
  • Be based on the showroom floor, welcoming walk-in customers.
  • Understand customer needs and showcase suitable vehicles from a wide brand portfolio.
  • Conduct test drives, collecting documentation in line with compliance practices.
  • Confidently present and negotiate on vehicle pricing, finance, and trade-ins.
  • Drive sales using the Carter CRM and tech systems.
  • Ensure top-tier service by being the single point of contact for the customer.
  • Collaborate with finance and insurance to secure seamless deals.
  • Achieve monthly sales target of 5 units and meet OEM standards.
  • Engage in prospecting, lead generation, and community canvassing.
  • Maintain showroom appearance and assist with displays/promos.
  • Provide after-sales support and follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction.
Minimum Requirements:
  • 2+ years of recent vehicle sales experience
  • Matric Certificate.
  • Proven track record in delivering strong monthly performance.
  • Valid South African Driver’s License.
  • Clear Criminal and Credit Record.
  • South African citizen or holder of a valid SA work permit.
