Red Ember Recruitment is recruiting a Sales Consultant for our client in Pretoria. The Sales Consultant will be responsible for converting leads provided by the bond origination businesses into sales. This role involves conducting client calls to generate quotes, provide exceptional service, and achieve individual sales targets. The Sales Consultant ensures compliance with industry regulations while contributing to the overall success of the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct calls to potential clients based on leads provided by the bond origination businesses.
• Present and explain clients' insurance products to clients, tailoring solutions to their needs.
• Generate quotes and follow up with clients to convert inquiries into sales.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Address client queries promptly and professionally, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and sales in the CRM system.
• Meet or exceed individual sales targets and KPIs in a high-volume, target-driven environment.
• Collaborate with the Sales Manager and team members to achieve overall sales objectives.
• Ensure all sales activities comply with FSCA regulations, FAIS requirements, and internal policies.
• Stay updated on industry standards and changes to maintain compliance.

Minimum Required Qualifications

• Matric Certificate, RE5 qualification and FAIS compliance (e.g. NQF5 Wealth Management) are mandatory.
• Relevant certifications or training in sales or insurance are advantageous.

Minimum Required Experience

• Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a high-volume, target-driven environment.
• Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is preferred.
