We are looking for Professional Sales Consultants to join our top teams in Pretoria, Centurion, and Randburg.

What does the role entail?

This role offers the perfect opportunity to build a stable and rewarding career while making a meaningful impact in the lives of our buyers.

You will operate from a fully equipped marketing office and beautifully furnished show houses, all located within one of our established retirement estates.

Core Focus

Your main responsibility will be selling retirement homes and apartments within our premium, high-quality developments.

Lead-Driven Sales

No cold calling required. We manage all marketing and provide you with qualified leads. Your role is to follow up, set appointments, understand the buyer's needs, and guide them in selecting the unit that best enhances their lifestyle.

Strategic Involvement

As a valued member of the marketing team, you'll have the opportunity to contribute to marketing strategies and give input on future developments.

Working Hours

Monday to Friday: Standard office hours.

Alternate weekends: Enjoy a long weekend off from Thursday to Sunday.

Diverse Client Base

You must be comfortable working with a diverse client base, including:

  • 50-plus buyers purchasing for their immediate or future retirement needs.
  • Adult children supporting or managing the purchase process on behalf of their parents.
  • Investors of all ages seeking smart opportunities in the growing retirement property market.

  • Sales Experience: Prior sales experience in any industry is preferred; we provide full training on our product.
  • Other Experience: If you lack formal sales experience but have passion, drive, and potential, we still want to hear from you.
  • Qualification: Minimum Grade 12 / Matric; a tertiary qualification in sales or marketing is a plus.
