Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain strong client relationships.
• Drive sales to meet and exceed store targets.
• Assist customers with product selection and provide professional advice.
• Ensure the store is neat, organized, and visually appealing always.
• Handle cash, point-of-sale (POS) transactions, and daily banking procedures.
• Monitor stock levels, assist with stock counts, and report discrepancies.
• Support store management with opening/closing procedures.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve business objectives.
• Stay up to date with product knowledge and promotions.
• Always uphold company standards and policies.
