Job summary

A retail brand specializing in kitchenwares in Cape Town is looking for temporary retail teammates for the busy festive period. The season is a time when we look to add capable and passionate temporary teammates to our busy team. You bring the energy and hard work, we’ll bring the spatulae and pancake mix. We don’t want to compromise on our customers’ enjoyment in our Stores, so a few more skilled teammates are most welcome. We are specifically looking for teammates who can commit to the entire period of November to December.

Responsibilities

• Offering and executing a high level of customer service to any customer that enters our store, making sure that each visit is a unique interaction.
• Making our store an inviting and intriguing space which showcases our brand and our range of products in the best possible way.
• Wrapping a large number of gifts for our customers who purchase with us.
• Contributing to the cleanliness of our store environment.
• Dealing with and resolving any customer queries.
• Following the internal process for stock receipt, storage and merchandising.

Experience and skills

Grade 12 / Matriculation.

Previous experience working for a luxury brand (seasonal or permanent) is advantageous but not essential.
