The Job
You will be responsible for:
- Actively approach potential customers to promote Telkom products and services.
- Conduct face-to-face sales in assigned locations (malls, events, door-to-door, etc.).
- Educate customers about Telkom’s offerings, including fiber, mobile, and data packages.
- Close sales by guiding customers through the sign-up process.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance goals.
- Provide accurate information and answer customer inquiries about Telkom services.
- Attend training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques.
The Profile
- No sales experience required (training will be provided).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Self-motivated and confident in approaching customers.
- Ability to travel to different sales locations.
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English.
