Role Purpose

Our Client is seeking a driven, relationship-focused Sales Agent to specialise in residential developments and off-plan sales. This role is responsible for converting qualified leads into buyers, guiding clients through the full sales journey, and representing the brand with professionalism, integrity, and excellence.

The ideal candidate has proven experience in new developments or off-plan sales, thrives in a target-driven environment, and is passionate about matching homeowners and investors with the right property opportunities.

Requirements & Qualifications
  • 3–5 years’ experience in residential property sales; off-plan or new developments preferred
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Experience using CRM systems (e.g. DNA Supersystems, HubSpot, Salesforce)
  • Solid understanding of OTPs, bond applications, and transfer processes
  • Valid driver’s licence and own reliable vehicle
  • Matric (Grade 12); property or sales qualifications advantageous
  • Valid FFC / Real Estate Licence
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Management & Sales Conversion
  • Respond promptly to inbound leads from digital platforms, CRM systems, show units, and walk-ins
  • Proactively qualify prospects via calls, WhatsApp, and email
  • Understand client needs (homebuyers vs investors) and match them with suitable developments and units
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and consistent follow-ups throughout the sales cycle
  • Development & Off-Plan Sales
  • Present developments clearly, including floor plans, pricing, phasing, finishes, and timelines
  • Conduct virtual and in-person viewings using renders, virtual tours, and show units
  • Guide clients through the Offer to Purchase (OTP), bond application, and transfer processes
  • Assist buyers in selecting units aligned with lifestyle or investment goals
  • Show Units, Launches & Events
  • Host show days, open weekends, and development launches
  • Deliver professional on-site and sales-suite presentations
  • Ensure show units and sales areas are presentable and stocked with marketing collateral
Pipeline & Deal Management
  • Manage a personal sales pipeline from first contact to OTP signing and handover support
  • Prepare OTP documentation and ensure all required supporting documents are obtained
  • Keep buyers informed of transaction progress and key milestones
  • Market Knowledge & Client Experience
  • Maintain strong knowledge of Our Client’s developments and competing projects
  • Stay informed on market trends, buyer behaviour, and area dynamics
  • Deliver a high standard of service, clearly managing expectations—especially for off-plan timelines
  • Support after-sales queries and nurture clients for repeat business and referrals
Reporting & Collaboration
  • Submit weekly sales reports covering leads, viewings, OTPs, and sales achieved
  • Provide feedback to Marketing on lead quality, objections, and content requirements
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Development, and Construction teams to stay aligned on project updates
  • Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews
