The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with customers, driving sales, and building lasting client relationships, while providing excellent service in either French or Dutch.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct outbound and inbound sales calls to prospective and existing clients.
  • Deliver excellent customer service while identifying client needs and promoting suitable products or services.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and performance KPIs.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with team members to share best practices and contribute to overall sales growth.
  • Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Requirements
  • Proven experience working in a call centre sales environment (minimum 12 years).
  • Fluency in French or Dutch is essential.
