Our Client is looking for a driven Sales Executive for Jan 2026. If you have a proven sales track record, this is your chance to be the face of our company, consulting with key decision-makers in the construction industry to sell our market-leading software.

Salary: R20,000 per month with benefits.Performance-based commissions ranging from R5,000 to R25,000+ per month.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Conduct professional, consultative sales meetings with pre-qualified potential clients in the construction sector.
  • Understand client needs and demonstrate how the software solutions provide measurable value.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial appointment to closing the deal.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential accounts.
  • Represent the 5-star brand with integrity and expertise.

Requirements:

  • A proven track record of success in a previous sales role.
  • Must be highly target-driven and motivated by uncapped earning potential.
  • Excellent face-to-face communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • A professional demeanour and the ability to build rapport with business owners.
  • Must have own reliable transport to travel to appointments.
