Qualifications

• 5 years of progressive leadership in physical security, ideally within manufacturing or FMCG sectors.
• Proven experience managing complex site operations and supply chain security.
• Experience in investigations, crisis management, and external stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead the country 2nd line physical security delivery across manufacturing and R&D environments.
• Integrate physical security risk management into end-to-end supply chain operations.
• Monitor country-geopolitical criminal threats and develop mitigation strategies.
