The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, assessing, and managing risks within our mining operations to ensure the safety of our employees and the sustainability of our business.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular risk assessments and audits to identify potential hazards and risks within the mining operations
• Develop and implement risk management strategies and plans in collaboration with key stakeholders
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of risk management activities and make recommendations for improvement
• Provide training and guidance to employees on risk management best practices and procedures
• Investigate incidents and accidents to determine root causes and develop corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence
