Specialising in premium pet foods and accessories, Absolute Pets is the leading pet retailer in South Africa with over 170 stores across the country.

Our team of experts is looking for a passionate and driven Team Leader to join the Absolute Pets family at one of our growing stores in Hillcrest, Durban.

If you want to join our team, here are some key responsibilities for the Team Leader role:

1. Sales
   • Achieve store sales and GP targets
   • Manage visual merchandising
2. Service
   • Demonstrate and promote world-class service standards and help others to do the same
3. Stock
   • Ensure the store is fully stocked and place orders accordingly
   • Execute all admin duties efficiently and completely
   • Limit stock loss and shrinkage to below target levels
   • Oversee and be responsible for all admin functions
4. Staff
   • Manage staff performance and development
   • Act as a proud brand ambassador and lead by example
   • Have expert knowledge of all products and share this knowledge with staff
   • Develop self and team through personal growth and development plans (IDP)
   • Act in accordance with Absolute Pets' culture and values
