Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in store management within a retail/FMCG environment with a turnover of R50 million.
  • Extensive people management experience of a large and diverse workforce.
  • Financial management experience including budgeting and profit/loss statements.

Responsibilities

  • Drive and maximize sales while tracking performance.
  • Manage all operational activities and control expenses.
  • Ensure effective visual merchandising execution.
  • Develop and lead a competent and motivated team.
  • Manage staff schedules in line with labor policies.
  • Oversee administrative duties, ensuring compliance.
  • Implement customer service initiatives for loyalty.
  • Maintain relationships with stakeholders.
  • Monitor customer trends and competitor activity.
  • Foster cohesion between store, pharmacy, and clinic teams.
  • Promote a high-performing business culture.
  • Support the company's vision and values.
