Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional attitude

  • Maintain clean and well-organized product displays and store aisles

  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions

  • Handle cash, card, and digital transactions accurately and efficiently

  • Restock shelves and ensure inventory levels are maintained

  • Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and sales targets

  • Assist in loss prevention by monitoring store activity and reporting concerns

  • Support store opening, closing, and shift change procedures as required

  • Uphold health, safety, and hygiene standards consistently

  • Report any customer issues or product defects to supervisors promptly
