SysTechCare Support is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Retail Floor Staff – Part-Time. As a key frontline representative of our brand, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining store appearance, and assisting in daily retail operations.
Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional attitude
Maintain clean and well-organized product displays and store aisles
Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions
Handle cash, card, and digital transactions accurately and efficiently
Restock shelves and ensure inventory levels are maintained
Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and sales targets
Assist in loss prevention by monitoring store activity and reporting concerns
Support store opening, closing, and shift change procedures as required
Uphold health, safety, and hygiene standards consistently
Report any customer issues or product defects to supervisors promptly
Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
Confident, energetic, and able to work under pressure
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Basic math and computer skills for handling POS systems
Positive, team-oriented mindset with a can-do attitude
Prior experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service roles is preferred but not mandatory
