Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations across multiple restaurant sites
  • Ensure restaurants meet company standards, policies, and regulations
  • Identify underperforming stores and implement improvement plans
  • Monitor and improve restaurant profitability
  • Identify operational and financial risks and put corrective actions in place
  • Stay informed about industry trends that may affect the business
  • Submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports on time
  • Provide leadership, coaching, and support to restaurant management teams
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in a multi-site or area management role
  • Experience in the hospitality or food industry
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Ability to delegate effectively and manage teamsGood problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
  • Computer skills (Microsoft Excel and Word – intermediate level)
  • Tertiary qualification is an advantage
  • Knowledge of Micros systems is an advantage
