We are seeking two experienced and results-driven Sales Representatives to drive commercial sales in the renewable energy sector. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving revenue targets both nationally and internationally.|
The ideal candidates will have strong experience in commercial project sales, a proven track record in renewable energy (solar and battery projects), and the ability to manage large-scale projects in collaboration with EPC contractors. This role requires travel nationally and internationally and demands a proactive, goal-oriented approach.
Identify and develop new business opportunities in solar, battery, and energy sectors.
Manage and grow relationships with existing clients.
Achieve and exceed sales targets consistently, contributing to KPI-driven incentives.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
Participate in project design, feasibility assessments, and technical planning.
Travel nationally and internationally to meet clients and attend industry events.
Maintain accurate sales records and reports.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
Education:
Matric or equivalent (non-negotiable).
Marketing or Sales qualification (certificate, diploma, or degree) is an advantage.
Experience:
Minimum 5 years’ experience in commercial project sales in the renewable energy sector.
Proven experience handling commercial-scale projects (5MW–10MW+).
Experience liaising with EPC contractors.
Demonstrable sales track record.
Other Requirements:
Own reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license (non-negotiable).
Professional references (non-negotiable).
Willingness and ability to travel nationally and internationally.
Desirable Qualifications:
Degree or diploma in Sales, Marketing, or related field.
Familiarity with competitors such as ARB and CDC is a plus.
Contract Details:
Fixed-term contract with 3 months probation.
Renewal based on performance.
