Job summary

A UK-based construction sales firm is looking for a Business Development Pipeline Manager to manage the sales pipeline and appointment settings while supporting UK-based business development managers. This remote role requires excellent organizational skills and experience with HubSpot. Ideal candidates should have at least three years of experience in sales support or a similar role and a strong phone manner in English. Full availability during South Africa time is required.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in appointment setting or sales support.
  • Experienced with HubSpot or equivalent CRM system.
  • Excellent phone manner with fluent English.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update the sales pipeline in HubSpot.
  • Book meetings with UK consultants and contractors.
  • Make outbound calls to confirm and follow-up on meetings.
