Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years working experience.
• Proven work experience as a Translator, Interpreter or similar role.
• Tech savvy is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Read given material and research industry-specific terminology.
• Convert text and audio recordings from one language to one or more others.
• Proofread translated texts for grammar, spelling and punctuation accuracy.

Skills

Fluency in at least one language in addition to native language

Excellent proofreading skills

Good knowledge of content editing tools

Familiarity with translation software (memoQ, Smartcat)

Education

Additional certification in Linguistics
