Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Design full financial governance for multi-jurisdictional operations.
• Provide advisory on capital structuring and joint ventures.
• Setup ERP systems and financial controls.
• Conduct live financial modeling of exploration assets.
• Map commercial risks and provide strategic board input.
• Recruit and onboard future finance hires.
