In this role you will be responsible for verifying sales transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and delivering an exceptional customer experience. Your ability to communicate clearly and professionally will be crucial in confirming order details, addressing customer inquiries and preventing fraudulent transactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure that all sales comply with the company policies, compliance standards and quality assurance guidelines.
