A leading recruitment agency in South Africa is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to expand the Dealer Network across Africa. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in a senior sales role, preferably in the automotive sector, and will be responsible for creating sales plans, supporting dealership operations, and evaluating performances. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential in order to meet business objectives and drive regional sales growth.
We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager to expand our Dealer Network in Africa and achieve sales objectives for specific districts of our company. To be successful in this role, the candidate should have previous experience managing the operation of a dealership (or number of dealerships) while taking accountability for reaching targets. You should also be able to remotely supervise a Dealership team and set profitable goals. The idea candidate combines excellent communication skills with a strategic mindset.
