Job description
Responsibilities
  • Achieve set targets and grow MAN truck sales and market share within the assigned region.
  • Set, monitor, and report on regional sales targets and performance against agreed KPIs.
  • Support dealers in developing and executing annual business plans and sales strategies.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring adherence to MAN standards.
  • Manage the sales relationship between MAN NSC RSA and appointed Private Capital Dealers (PCDs).
  • Track competitor activity and advise on tactical sales plans.
  • Actively engage in customer visits and support deal-making activities.
  • Identify and address sales challenges, implementing corrective action plans.
  • Coach, mentor, and develop sales teams and dealer staff.
  • Support PCDs with recruitment, training, mentoring, and retention of sales staff.
  • Conduct joint customer visits and provide direct sales support where required.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Truck Sales to align sales strategies with national objectives.
  • Ensure regional marketing and communication initiatives are effectively implemented.
