In this role you will provide locally based leadership, coordination, and management of Carpentaria's Supported Independent Living services and Out of Home Care services in Alice Springs.
This role works in collaboration with the Alice Springs Regional Manager Therapy Services driving high standards of service delivery, quality and safeguarding, compliance, and cultural safety, whilst enabling sustainable business growth and strong stakeholder engagement.
