Overview

The Regional Implementation Lead is a pivotal role within the business. Working closely alongside the Global Implementation Operations Lead and the regional Adaptation Hub will be responsible for qualifying new projects and guide adaptation and transcreation briefs through the Red+ Centralised Production Model, ensuring all production and adaptation aspects are kept in-check.

The Regional Implementation Lead (RIL) is the day-to-day engagement lead for agency and client content production solutions in the Region, with visibility across Type 1+2 origination projects and accountability across Type 3+4 adaptation projects. The RPL is responsible for the clarification of the brief submitted via the project request form through the Workflow Platform and the management of all Type 3+ 4 projects, working across key markets in the region they are responsible for. As the accounts Integrated adaptation Producer, the RIL works closely with development teams to adapt existing regional campaign assets for local markets – versioning and adapting regional assets into local languages to meet local needs and ensuring all assets (Film, Print, Digital and Copy) are crafted to highest standards.

The goal is to jointly ensure a smooth and effective running of the production function within the Europe region as well as responsibility towards managing the creative output across all projects and mentoring of markets to help guide them to work within the Red+ production model.

Most of the role is dedicated towards the oversight of all projects in the region; ensuring that all adaptation flows through the offshore production facility in the region and all master assets are being adapted in the correct way, adhering to brand guidelines and usage regulations. A close working relationship with the Global Implementation Operations Lead and producers in the Hub is also necessary to ensure all markets’ adaptation needs are produced to the highest standard.

The RIL requires of solid project management skills to deliver the following.

  • Works with client to receive, vert and complete all Type3+4 briefing requests, determining the best team to initiate workflow.
  • Builds project timing plans and validates estimates created by the Adaptation Hub.
  • Responsible for guiding client and agency expectations, managing projects and trouble-shooting production issues.
  • Solicits client feedback and communicates potential areas of improvement to management and Global account leadership team.
  • Establishes strong relationships with clients and local teams, transcreation partner, media partner and global team.

The rest of capacity should be spent ensuring that the project data coming from the Adaptation Hub is challenged and updated to deliver reporting of project information to the global Eucerin / Hansaplast and Red+ teams, providing accurate insights to help understanding market activity in European region during weekly or monthly meetings. This is done by working closely with the POT Network team ensuring a solid partnership is formed.

On a daily basis you are accountable for;

  1. Responsible for sense-checking workbook data with all markets on a weekly basis and preparing Market Status Project data for the Global Adaptation Lead.
  2. Responsible for all adaptation projects and ensuring markets connect with the Adaptation facility in the smoothest way.
  3. Ensuring the quality of the work produced in the regional Hub is of the highest standard and adheres to Eucerin & Hansaplast brand guidelines.
  4. Knowledge of all Global and Regional Campaign master assets and how they can be used across the region.
  5. Building a strong relationship with the Network team and Global Adaptation Lead to help support market needs.
  6. Building a strong relationship with local markets to help creating a friendly and trustworthy environment.

Qualifications
  • Knowledge and experience with relevant video, digital and print production processes and techniques.
  • Strong self-starter and independent thinker, but adept at working within a team structure.
  • Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.
  • People skills that will inspire the confidence of our clients and build trust with client, agency and executional teams.
  • Ability to adapt works style to needs of various clients and internal / external agency teams.

  • Knowledge of campaign production deliverables incl. Display (Standard & Rich), OOH, DOOH, Film (Online and TVC), and Precision Marketing.
  • Comfortable with online tools and systems and enthusiastic towards finding ways to improve and evolve workflows.
  • Experience of film production and broadcast advertising ie: digital film content, TVC/DRTV, Radio.
