Job description

Acting as a strategic business partner to the Regional General Manager, youll play a key role in driving profitability, operational discipline and sustainable growth, all while ensuring that the region is audit-ready at all times.

Responsibilities

• Full regional reporting, consolidations and management accounts
• Costing, variance analysis, P&L, balance sheet and cash flow oversight
• Payroll reconciliations and management of people costs
• Procurement, inventory and fixed assets control
• Risk management, governance and compliance
• Sales and commercial oversight to support revenue growth
• Financial planning, budgeting and forecasting
• Working capital optimisation and audit management

What Youll Need

• BCom Degree in Finance or Accounting
• CIMA or SAIPA accredited
• 2 to 3 years experience in a financial management role
• Prior factory / manufacturing environment experience essential
• Strong people management and leadership skills
