Recruitment Specialist – IT | Kloof (Remote but must be based in Durban for meetings)

Are you wanting a change of scenery and flexibility in your role? Are you a self-starter who can arrange your week around business operations as opposed to logging hours?

Dixie Recruitment started in 1998 as a management recruitment and executive search agency. We are looking to employ an IT Recruiter to join our specialist team. Our offices are in Kloof but with the support of our IT systems, the role allows flexibility to work from home as well as conducting interviews in our office and meeting with clients on-site.

You will have the support of a central services team. Performance is measured on successful placements and happy clients. Although our brand is well-established, the position requires proactive networking, marketing and customer service to maintain existing relationships.

A successful IT consultant is a self-starter with high energy, a curiosity for IT, a drive to succeed and the ability to consult with high-end candidates and clients. You will ideally have a degree and at least 5 years experience in recruitment or IT.

This is a commission-based role with high earning potential. It’s a happy team and we are looking forward to a like-minded person to join our Dixie Recruitment family.
