Recruitment Consultant – Offshore Talent | Swoop Recruitment

Based in South Africa (ideally Cape Town) | Global Team | Base salary, 15,000-20,000 SAR PCM | OTE 40,000+ SAR PCM

We connect exceptional offshore talent with UK businesses – from real estate to software, finance to marketing – helping companies scale with skilled remote professionals. We are looking for a versatile Recruitment Consultant to lead and grow our established offshore recruitment division. This is a true 360° role: you’ll be winning new clients, shaping vacancy briefs, sourcing global talent, managing interviews, and closing placements that make a real difference. You’ll join a collaborative, international team with colleagues in the UK, Brazil, and South Africa, using the best recruiter tools (including LinkedIn’s premium suite) to partner with loyal clients and engage top-tier candidates.
