ProDevelopment is seeking a Recruiter to join our team in the IT, perm and labour broking desk.

We are seeking a candidate who is strong with new business development, navigating through large organizations to get to the decision makers and brining in new clients that will add to the successful candidates portfolio. The successful candidate will handle end to end recruitment of their respective portfolio.

Responsibilities
  • New Business Development Sourcing new clients on a daily basis
  • Managing existing client relationships
  • End to end recruitment from sourcing clients to placing candidates
  • Negotiating offers
  • Placing perm and contract resources
  • Managing contract resources
  • Managing contractor timesheets, conducting check ins with contractors, offering support to contractors where needed.
  • Sourcing, screening and shortlisting candidates
  • Managing the placement process.
  • Accurate data capturing on systems
  • Formatting resumes in company or client branded formats.
Requirements to Apply
  • Must be capable of dealing with Blue chip organizations, building on existing relationships
  • Extremely confident and Professional individual
  • Enthusiastic and results driven
  • Proven track record (reaching placement targets)
  • Experience in dealing at senior level (Directors, CEO, Senior Managers etc)
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Excellent time management (getting the job done with high levels of quality)
  • Have a hunter personality (Driven, focused, High earnings etc)
Experience Required
