  • Senior Certificate (Grade 12).
  • 3–5 years’ experience in a corporate receptionist or front-office role.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • Professional appearance and executive-level conduct.
  • Calm, confident, and service oriented.
  • Well organized and able to multitask.
  • Comfortable engaging with senior executives and external stakeholders.
