• Minimum 5 years experience as a Quality Department Manager.
• Minimum 10 years experience in Heavy Engineering.
• Experience with ISO standards and Total Quality Management.

• Implement and maintain the ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems.
• Conduct audits in compliance with Quality Management Systems.
• Manage quality assurance team and report on performance indicators.
