Qualifications

• ISO9001 : 2015 Auditor & Implementation certification.
• Advanced knowledge of automotive systems related to QC processes.
• Experience in Quality Control processes and audits.

Responsibilities

• Implement and measure QC systems for compliance to ISO 9001:2015.
• Conduct Management Review Meetings as per schedule.
• Ensure compliance with on-time deliveries and quality objectives.
• Regularly perform Patrol inspection and FPA/LPA processes.

Job description

Job Title : Quality Control Manager AUTOMOTIVE MANUFACTURING

Purpose

Responsible for the implementation of ISO 9001 : 2015 at JMP. To ensure all the QC systems are implemented, measured and report back for continuous improvement. This includes the implemented systems that are audited on a continuous basis as per the ISO 9001 : 2015 requirements.

Role and Responsibilities

• To ensure that all the QC systems are implemented
• To ensure that ISO9001 : 2015 is implemented and
• QMS System Audit as per Clause : 2 of the standards.
• Plan and conduct MRM (Management Review Meetings as per schedule)
• Monthly quality reports and updates – Notice Board
• Ensure MBO’s are updated monthly by the relevant managers
• To make sure on time deliveries are adhered to as per OTD quality objective
• To make sure Patrol inspection and FPA / LPA process are done regularly to ensure conformance.
• To do training in all Quality related
